1. Order Processing & Shipping Time


  1. After you place your order and complete payment, we will complete order sorting, packaging and shipment within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays, subject to the notice on the order details page). During peak seasons or promotional periods, the processing time may be slightly extended, and we will try our best to ensure shipping efficiency.
  2. Once your order is shipped, the tracking number will be sent to your registered email address and mobile phone number, so you can check the logistics status at any time.

2. Delivery Time

Orders over $99.9 qualify for free shipping. All items will be delivered by international standard logistics.
The delivery time is subject to the actual delivery time of the logistics carrier (excluding order processing time):

Standard areas: 7–15 business days

Remote areas: 10–25 business days

We ship to most regions around the world. Please note that some items are subject to shipping restrictions and cannot be delivered to certain international destinations.

Customs clearance may cause delivery delays, which are beyond our control.

The above time limits are for reference only. Actual delivery may be delayed due to peak logistics seasons, weather, remote delivery and other factors. We will coordinate with carriers to ensure smooth delivery.

Important Notice: Orders shipped to certain international destinations may be subject to additional fees such as customs duties and import VAT. All related charges shall be borne solely by the recipient.

3. Shipping Address


  1. Address Modification: Once the package is dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed. If you fill in the wrong address after placing an order, please contact us by email immediately, and we will try our best to assist you.
  2. Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. For apartments and residential communities, please fill in detailed information such as floor and room number.
  3. Consequences of Incorrect Address: If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address, or inaccessible delivery area, you need to contact the local courier for handling, and we will assist in communication. If the package is returned due to the above reasons, the reshipping freight shall be borne by the buyer.

4. Lost Package & Delivery Issues


  1. Lost in Transit: We will keep tracking logistics information. If the package is confirmed lost during transportation, we will contact you actively and arrange a replacement or full refund for you.
  2. Delivered but Not Received: If the tracking shows "Delivered" and the carrier provides official proof of delivery, please check with your local courier, property management or neighbors first. If the item still cannot be found, you may report to the local police. We will fully cooperate with the investigation but will not be responsible for any relevant losses.
  3. Damaged Items: It is recommended to record a video while unboxing. Please contact us within 24 hours and provide photo evidence if you receive damaged goods, and we will arrange replacement or refund.
